What we collect in the client portal and what we do with it.

What we collect

Account details you enter: name, email, and password. Business profile details you submit: company name, address, phone, email, contacts, logo, favicon, and direction notes. Project activity: page requests, change requests, notes, and invoice records.

How we use it

Information is used to build and maintain your website, communicate about the work, and process billing. It is not sold and it is not used for advertising.

Service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data directly. We never see or store full card numbers. Application data is stored with our managed database and authentication provider. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare object storage.

Security

Access to your account requires authentication, and records are scoped so you only see your own account data. Studio staff can access project records to perform the work.

Retention

Project, billing, and signature records are kept for as long as the account is active and afterward for legal and accounting purposes.

Your requests

Ask us to correct or remove information tied to your account by contacting taloscybertechnologies@gmail.com. Records required for billing, legal, or agreement history are retained.

Cookies

The portal stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in. No third party advertising trackers are used.
